Science creates first radically redesigned DNA life

Recommended Posts

I wonder if there are any implications to this. It seems well intentioned for medical purposes. Could it get out of control or be controversial or have ethical implications as it is a new, unknown creation. Is it synthetic in no, some or every way? Does  or could it fit on the tree of life? Can it evolve?
