This is being written by a non-developer, so any re-write is gratefully appreciated. We have a Mongo DB (Database) and we are using JavaScript. We need Node.JS and React developers to help on the project. We are open source on GitHub and have channels available on the Explorer project Slack and Website forums. We need help in breadth and width, from a Group leader and deputy to run and manage the project to a team of experienced developers and lesser able but willing new blood to learn and maybe some patience from someone willing to support those not so proficient. This development group is led by a group leader on the Explorer and a deputy, who will work closely with the domain leader and the Data Entry team. Other developers, on and off the project itself, will be responsible to the group leaders or delegates and all control of the database remains with the Explorer Project. Group leaders are responsible for monitoring/keeping track of what is done on the coding side and looking after an organized system of control and progress and error checking.
