    Media liaison:

This role requires communicating with people, companies, universities and others with regard to the project. This is likely a team effort with different roles with regard to who is contacted, but it can be shared or done alone, if short on staff or with preference to any specialties. Each of the following could be separated or combined. We need experts and specialists to help on the project. They may be an advisor on a particular branch of the tree, or a team leader, a researcher, a contributor or a supplier of information. Students may also wish to be involved. Most contacts will be through universities, and universities are also needed to help support us with advertising and donating/sponsoring us. So, this will mean compiling lists of universities in different areas and their details (department or principal or person in charge of media or finances). Any correspondence will need to be professional and pre-determined initially, with further correspondence in line with the professionalism of the project. Pet shops may be willing to supply photos for the project. There is a form for such things. There are other organizations which may need to0 be contacted, as required. An email will be available and needs kept in order for retrieval. There will be a process/team/person to pass contacts onto. If you could assist in setting up protocols and documents. help, guides, tutorials to explain the position roles and responsibilities, all the better. You will work with others and other teams and be responsible to the team/group leader. Outreach admin and contacts correspondent can be worked together or separate, with one managing the emails and internal aspects and the other, external. The external communicator may be a separate position/role, in that it requires better communication skills, both textually and verbally or maybe on video. The role of a team or group or domain leader will be to have at least some familiarization with the roles being overseen, and will have more responsibilities regarding documentation, update, collaboration with other peers and meeting with such.

    Promotions representative:

This is an indeterminate position, relating to marketing and promotion of the project and could pre-combinmed, or separate and almost any level of skill or experience, the more the better though, would suffice, perhaps with some learning. The position(s) is open to negotiate and establish and develop and create documentation and role/responsibility guidelines for. The more responsible, the higher the level of progress to team or group or domain leader.
