    Quality Assurance project checker:

This role requires someone to understand the overall and some specific standards within the project and have access to much of it and ensure it meets the high standards set out. You will need to put yourself in the position of others, especially members and outsider looking in, so that you can see the wood for the trees and write small reports on your observations so that we can resolve and improve standards where necessary. You will have ideas of your own on how to provide the best service we can. You will report to the team, group or domain leader. If you lead a team, you may need to write your own documentation when you have clear understanding of what we need.

    Mediator:

This role is for an understanding, empathetic person(s) who can be neutral and be able to se two sides to an argument or position. There may be times when people on the project disagree or there are complaints or concerns. If a situation gets out of hand and cannot be resolved privately or within a team, then you may be needed to try to resolve it amicably and fairly. People make mistakes or may lack skills or experience, but should be given every opportunity to learn, improve or put it right. Not all situations can or will be resolved, but a mediator helps to give it a good go. You may be required to create protocols and documentation for the role and it is unlikely you would be called upon very often, but be prepared and have the tools ready. If you have counseling or psychology skills or experience, all the better.

    Internal communicator:

This is an admin role, dealing internally within the project, either by written or verbal/video/audio means or all. You will keep records of communication and had, learn or develop skills in discipline, organization, timekeeping and deadlines. This is quite secretarial and the separation between communicator and liaison is uncertain and to be determined.  You will need to have a good overall grasp of the project, its str8ucture, roles and teams, and be able to communicate between them, as well as with people coming into the project and know where to lead them if needed. You will have good customer relational skills. You will be responsible to your team or group or domain leader. If you are one of these, then you will need to produce protocols and documentation for the roles(s).

    Motivator:

You will be able to motivate and inspire people on the project and interact with individuals and teams throughout. You will develop an understanding of teams and their work and roles, and be tacitly free to wonder the corridors and remind people of how great the project is, what a great contribution they are making and how grateful we are to have them. You will work closely with the QC person/people on ideas, listening to people and helping to ensure, create or develop and improve a good morale throughout and get feedback where needed. You may have incentive ideas, like rewards, certificates or prizes, shout-outs, listed contributor on the Website. Things that occur regularly to reward efforts and commitment or targets or highlighted testimonials. You may need to create and develop documentation and protocols for the role and you may aspire to become a team or group or domain leader.
